Marina Abramović concluded one of her longest performance pieces to date at 5pm yesterday. Since her retrospective opened at MoMA in March 2010, Marina has sat on a wooden chair for seven hours a day, six days a week gazing intently at nearly 1,500 visitors. Some participants sat across from her for 1 minute another sat for 420 minutes. MoMA has cataloged participant portraits in a Flickr set.
